  • Penetrating oil
  • Jack lift
  • Allen key: 5 mm
  • Socket wrench: 12, 14, 17, 19 mm
  • Spanner: 14 mm
  • Spring compressor
  • Shock absorber tool: Passage socket: 17, 19 mm & Socket wrench insert: 6 mm
  • Mallet & pin
  • Allen key: 5 mm

  • Zip ties/ strap

SUZUKI SX4 FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER REPLACEMENT STEPS

  1. Spray the control arm nuts and bolts with penetrating oil
  2. Disconnect the wiring and brake hose
  3. Remove the old shock absorber
  4. Compress the coil spring of the old shock absorber
  5. Install the new shock absorber coil spring
  6. Mount the new shock absorber in the wheel arch
